First-Class 3-Way Switching · Built-in T-Type & L-Type Flow Paths · Stable & Convenient with Mounting Holes

Core Selling Points

  • First-Class 3-Way Control: A single valve realizes control of three fluid paths, which can replace the combination of multiple 2-way valves and simplify pipeline design.
  • Dual Flow Path Modes: Built-in T-type (flow splitting) and L-type (flow reversing) flow paths, meeting various complex needs such as medium distribution, confluence and flow direction switching.
  • Design with Mounting Holes: The valve body is designed with mounting flanges or base holes, which can be directly fixed with bolts to prevent damage to the valve caused by pipeline stress or vibration, ensuring stable installation.
  • Strong High-Pressure Performance: Specially designed for high-pressure working conditions, with pressure-bearing capacity up to 31.5MPa and above, safe and reliable.
  • Three Material Options: The valve body provides carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel, fully adapting to corrosive and non-corrosive environments.

  • Product Overview

KHB-3K series 3-way high-pressure ball valve with mounting holes is an advanced fluid control component with integrated functions. It realizes complex control of three pipelines through a ball core that rotates 90 degrees. Its unique design of mounting holes at the bottom or side of the valve body enables it to be rigidly fixed on equipment or bases, greatly improving the stability and service life under high-pressure and high-vibration working conditions. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, hydraulics, energy and other fields that require medium reversing, distribution or mixing.

    Function Details: T-Type & L-Type

    1. T-Type 3-Way Ball Valve (Flow Splitting Type)

    • Functional Features: Can realize one-to-two (flow splitting) or two-to-one (confluence). When the medium flows in from one port, it can flow out to the other two ports at the same time (or confluence in the reverse direction).
    • Flow Path Form: The channel is in a "T" shape.
    • Typical Applications:
    • Medium Distribution: Stably distribute one-way fluid to two different branches.
    • Medium Mixing: Mix two different fluids into one way.

    2. L-Type 3-Way Ball Valve (Flow Reversing Type)

    • Functional Features: Realize flow direction switching. Only two-way connection can be realized, that is, two paths are always connected while the third one is closed, and which two paths are connected is switched by rotating the ball core.
    • Flow Path Form: The channel is in an "L" shape (right angle).
    • Typical Applications:
    • System Reversing: Switch the fluid between two paths of A→B and A→C.
    • Equipment Bypass: Realize the functions of main pipeline circulation and equipment isolation bypass.

Flow Valve Types: The Short Answer First There are nine flow valve types used across piping systems today: gate, globe, ball, butterfly, check, plug, needle, diaphragm, and pinch valves. Each one controls flow through a different mechanical action — a wedge that drops into place, a disc that rotates ninety degrees, a ...

Actuated Gate Valves Explained: Direct Answer First An actuated gate valve is a standard gate valve fitted with an electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuator that opens and closes the gate automatically instead of relying on a handwheel. The actuator replaces manual torque with motor-driven, air-driven, or fluid-drive...
